Here's a template for a diy wood guitar pick.
You can use it to make your own wood picks by cutting them out on a cricut maker or other cnc device!
You can download it from here and then upload it into Canvas or Illustrator, Photoshop, whatever. It's based on one of my favorite Dunlop picks. It's set up for 150 pixels wide, at 150 dpi. It shouldn't matter as a vector image, though- make it any size you want.
I'd print a whole page of them and sort them after weeding to get the correct orientation of vertical, horizontal or diagonal, etc....
More plies is stiffer, fewer are softer(weaker too).
